good place to buy it:BIKE SHOP (***not***Wal-Mart or other such garbadge dumps)
Now…as for the bike….a downhill bike is made to take over 5,000kgs/10,000lbs so your weight is not important,as for the 6.4″part,get a frame sized Large(17.5″)
OK,to the interesting part….choosing the bike:
-there are millions of different bikes out there,a price range is ALWAYS USEFUL since a downhill bike can cost up to 10,000$(and as low as 1,200$)
MY ADVICE: go to a bike shop and…shop.
-WHat i would get is a SANTACRUZ V10 but thats a bit too pricey at 4,000$

The dude at the top has no idea what he is talking about about frame sizes. My frame is 17.5″ and it is considered a medium frame. My neighbor is 6′3″-6′4″ and he rides a large frame, which is usually around 19″. You can buy DH bikes at many bike shops, you can search craigslist.org, and eBay is really good too.

I don’t really know how big the frame should be, but you could check some bikes like: Cannondale, Trek, Yeti, Specilized. Just simply google these names and you will come up with their websites. What ever you do, don’t buy your bike from WalMart, although their bikes may look cool, and all out suspension, they are really junk, so check out a local bike shop instead.
