I saw another reviewer who ordered the wrong battery for their Suunto watch and noticed there was some inconsistency in model numbers. For anyone looking for a replacement battery for the T6, this is the correct model. Very easy to change the battery yourself (comes with a metal tool to help) and the watch retains its waterproof state thanks to the rubber casket which is included. Other than that, it’s a battery and it works! Final note – if your watch has trouble sometimes connecting to the HRM or foot pod, or sometimes misses measurements, it could be that the battery is running low. Mine was just starting to have these problems but after I changed the battery, it was flawless again.

This item is very convenient to use. I think it should be a standard issued item with all Suunto watches. I wore out the slot on the back of the watch trying to replace the battery before I received this kit. Well worth the price.

The battery worked as expected. Next time however I will just purchase the replacement battery as I didn’t need the new back.

The kit comes with a nice new cover and a spanner tool to aid in installing the cover. The only problem that I had, was actually installing the battery correctly onto the contacts. They’re pretty small and flimsy. I used a magnifying glass so as not to damage the contacts while installing the battery

It literally took me about 90 seconds to change the battery on my Suunto T6c. The only downer was the price for the whole kit, 9 bucks plus S&H another [...].
