Any good mountain bike trails near Memphis?
I'm heading from Missouri to Memphis and would like to do some mountain biking along the way or even there.
Anyone know some good trails and how to get to them?
I'd also like some relatively easy trails as my neighbor is going nad he's older and not in great shape so real steep / technical trails are out of the question.

I’m not from the area, but there are trail reviews available on mtbr.com.
The ones with a ton of reviews are going to be your best bet starting out.
